We design with the long game in mind. From premium materials to expert composition, each of our garments are custom crafted to last the distance. We’re also passionate advocates for repairing over re-buying (we prefer to take problems into our own hands), which is why if you find fault in our product, we’d love to hear about it! Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
As an emerging brand creating collections at small scale, we’re constantly learning and improving upon our production practices and environmental impact – and your insight and feedback are invaluable to our success. In fact, if there’s an issue with your Norman purchase, we’ll cover the postage for you to send it back to us to be fixed. And if the fault is irreparable, we’ll send you a replacement product and re-purpose the fabric from your old product.
By creating for longevity, we’re banking on you needing Norman less, not more. Shop mindfully, embrace repairs, love your garments longer. We’ll sort the rest.
We understand that minds do change and online orders can be made by mistake. We are happy to accept exchanges on items that are still in their original condition. Original condition means new, tagged, unwashed, unworn and with original packaging intact as new. We accept these items within 10 business days of you receiving your order.
We will offer you either a gift-voucher credit or refund your payment should another item not tickle your fancy. Please give us 48 hours from the day of receiving your order, to review and respond to you with next steps.
